These options include tracking, please make sure to leave a contact number and that you have supplied us with the correct address. You will be emailed shipping confirmation which will include your tracking number. Occasionally an email may land in your junk folder so please make sure to check there if you haven't received your email within the dispatch time. 

For orders within Australia we mostly use Sendle to ship out orders. If you have paid for Express post, have a PO Box, or have given what is considered a rural address, Australia Post is used instead. If you have a preference for a particular service please email us or write a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate that.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. For international orders shipping outside of Australia, it may take an extra business day or two for the courier to come and pick up the parcel. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed during new product releases and sales. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Orders that include a 'PRE-ORDER' item will not be 'split-up' for shipping. The entire order will ship when the pre-order item is ready to go. Please refer to the product listing for an estimated shipping date. Australia-wide standard shipping times are estimated between 3-7 days depending on your location. Once processed, Express shipping takes 1 business day to arrive, provided you are located within the Express Post network. International standard shipping times are estimated between 7-25 days depending on your location, the usual time frame is between 10-14 days.


Payment can be made via Paypal. This includes the option to use Paypal balance, your registered bank account or card, or a combination of the two. Alternatively, debit or credit cards can be used without necessarily signing up, or in to, Paypal. This option will be displayed underneath the Paypal login box that appears as you proceed to checkout.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your order has been received, unfortunately we cannot accept your return. Items purchased on Sale and Outlet items are not eligible for returns. Your item must be unused with tags intact and in the same condition that you received it. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If an item is faulty, you must first send it back for inspection before a refund will be issued. Upon inspection, if it is deemed faulty you will be refunded the cost of the product and the return shipping cost, alternatively a store credit for that amount may be issued.

Did you know if you pay by PayPal you can request a refund on your return shipping? 'Free' post on 8 returns a year when you submit your postage receipts via the Paypal website (subject to approval by Paypal). Click here for detailed information.


Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed back via the original payment method. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item - we do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges or change of mind. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best but we cannot guarantee stock availability. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and any additional shipping costs in sending out your replacement.
